• Assist with ceremony processional & recessional placement. Walking order to be distributed to bridal party at rehearsal

On the day of the Wedding

• Greet, direct and oversee vendors, bridal party, & guests

• Ceremony and reception site set up (floral decor, candles, favors, place cards, Sign in table, gift table, etc.

• Point of contact person for vendors, bride, Groom, bridal party & Family

• Direct rehearsal, ceremony, Cocktail hour, and Reception

• Seamlessly transition guests from one activity to the next.

• Resolve any and all unforeseen hiccups

• Distribute payment and gratuities for all vendors

• Arrange for gifts to arrive at preselected location if within 5 miles of reception
