Urban Shindigs Day Of Package Contract

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The  Client(s) agrees to pay for the services listed below and Urban Shindigs  agrees to provide the services as set forth. Urban Shindigs will provide only  those services included in the specific service package purchased by the  Client(s) and identified herein below. Services begin 4 weeks prior to wedding date. Day of Package Includes: • Initial Consultation With The Bride And Groom, Complimentary • Up To 2 Face To Face Consultations Prior To Wedding Date. • Unlimited Phone And Email • Confirm Details With All Vendors • Site Visit Walk-Through • Assist With Wedding Day Itinerary And Send Out To Vendors, To Be Distributed To Bridal Party At Rehearsal • Password Protected Day Of Wedding Details Website Can Be Shared With Everyone Involved • Direct Rehearsal At Ceremony Site Day Before • Assist With Ceremony Processional & Recessional Placement. Walking Order To Be Distributed To Bridal Party At Rehearsal ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING: • Greet, Direct And Oversee Vendors, Bridal Party, & Guests • Ceremony And Reception Site Set Up (Floral Decor, Candles, Favors, Place Cards, Sign In Table, Gift Table, Etc. • Point Of Contact Person For Vendors, Bride, Groom, Bridal Party & Family • Direct Rehearsal, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, And Reception • Seamlessly Transition Guests From One Activity To The Next. • Resolve Any And All Unforeseen Hiccups • Distribute Payment And Gratuities For All Vendors • Arrange For Gifts To Arrive At Preselected Location If Within 5 Miles Of Reception

PAYMENT POLICY: The Client(s) shall pay 50% non-refundable down payment made  at contract signing. This deposit shall be applied toward the Purchase Price  of package purchased and identified herein above. The remaining balance of the  Purchase Price due from the Client(s) to Urban Shindigs is due 2 weeks prior  to your event date. Payments may be made by cash or credit/debit card. Total Cost to be paid to Urban Shindigs: $2300 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: The 50% down payment is non-refundable.  Cancellation of this Contract by the Client(s) which is received in writing  more than 180 days prior to the event will result in a refund of any monies  paid, less than the 50% down payment. Cancellation of Services received less than  90 days prior to the event obligate the Client(s) to make full remaining  payment of the total fees agreed upon. If cancellation is initiated by Urban  Shindigs monies paid to Urban Shindigs from the Client(s) shall be fully  refunded INCLUDING the 50% down payment.   CLIENT(S) RESPONSIBILITY: The Client(s) are responsible for all decisions  regarding their event and Event Date, including but limited to responsibility  for selection of all vendors, third parties, individuals, entities, venues,  participants, clothing, decorations, music, food, beverages, etc. and payment  for the services or goods provided. Urban Shindigs is not responsible for the  failure of any vendor, individual, entity or third party to deliver the  quality or quantity of services or goods expected by or contracted for with  the Client(s) Urban Shindigs hereby expressly waives any warranty of fitness  for a particular purpose or warranty of merchantability with regard to any  service, good, individual, entity, vendor or third party recommended to or  used by the Client(s) by Urban Shindigs during services rendered under this  Agreement. The Client(s) agree that the Client(s) shall be responsible for  executing all contracts with and making all deposits and timely payments to  all individuals, entities, vendors, and third parties involved in providing  goods or services for their event.  DISPLAY RIGHTS: Urban Shindigs reserves the right to use photos from your  event for promotion, display, advertisement, Internet, publication, etc.  SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this Contract will be held to be invalid or  unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue to be  valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Contract  is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would  become valid and enforceable, then such provision will be deemed to be  written, construed, and enforced as so.   GOVERNING LAW: This Contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws  of the State of California. LIMIT OF LIABILITY: Client understands that Urban Shindigs reserves the right  to medical privacy and does not agree to, or is held liable for any  regulations or requests that invade medical privacy for example but not  limited to vaccinations of any kind, proof of vaccinations, tests,  temperature checks, medical devices or release of medical conditions to  perform their services at the contracted event.  ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the  parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement  whether oral or written. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral  agreements between the parties.   The undersigned Client(s) have read, understood & agreed to the Urban  Shindigs policies and terms listed in this contract.
